You are entitled to return your order to us (excluding postage) under the following conditions:
1.1 That you purchased the goods directly from acemd.my. We cannot issue refunds for AceMD products not purchased through AceMD Malaysia (https://www.acemd.my) directly.
1.2 The goods are unused, unopened and in a saleable condition.
1.3 Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
1.3 The goods are returned within 14 days from the date your order was placed. Notification of a return must be communicated in writing to email@example.com. If you fail to notify us of your intent to return an item within 7 days from date of purchase, AceMD Malaysia is under no liability to process a refund.
1.4 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
1.5 If the goods are defective in any way. In this case a 1-to-1 replacement will be offered, will be given if within 30 days of purchase
All goods must be returned to the address below before a refund can be processed.
Returns, T3-13-11, Menara 3, 296 Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Please include your name, along with the original order number if possible, this will allow us to process your refund quickly
Please note, acemd.my is not liable for the cost of returning an order if you decide for any reason you no longer want the goods.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2.1 If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall endeavour to make good the delivery as soon as possible. However we have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the receipt of the goods in question.
